Our condolences to Dorothy and all Bob's loving family. Each visit to him and his remarkable mother was an inspiration in how love can overcome tremendous difficulties. May God rest him. Those of us who hunted, especially in West Virginia, with Bobby will always remember the incredible meals he could prepare. And each and every guy in the group could always count on seeing Bobby stalk by our deer stand at least once a day. We called him "Rocket Man" with his ladder stand on his back. He hunted everywhere! You could throw a dart on a U.S. map and he could truthfully say: "Yeah I hunted there one time!" God love you and show you some good hunting grounds in Heaven Bobby---and I know they are eating better up there now! Tom and Helen Hayden

I remember the name Haines well. When I saw this notice, I called my older brother Buddy Barbush who lives in North Carolina. Buddy was good friends with Bobby when we lived on 17th Street in Harrisburg. We were at 802 S. 17th Street. Bud said Bobby lived next to the Puliti Family a few doors down. Bud said, Bobby moved to 16th Street where his father built a home for them. Bud has many good memories of Bobby. But, apparently, they lost touch when the highway came through and moved us away from 17th Street. Bobby and Buddy both graduated from John Harris in 1960 and 1961. Buddy always speaks of Bobby with enthusiasm and great memories on 17th Street. I was 6 years old when we moved from 17th Street in 1956. Our years on 17th Street with friends like Bobby, the Puliti family, and Mr. and Mrs. Brown (an elderly couple) were wonderful years never to be forgotten. I hear that Bobby's mother is 104. Amazing. Blessings and prayers for Bobby's family.
