Obituary of Yvonne Haas
Yvonne L. Haas, 63, of Harrisburg, entered into eternal rest on Saturday January 16, 2021 in UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg Hospital.
She was born in Harrisburg on June 8, 1957, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Bernadine Haas. She graduated from Central Dauphin East High School and ITT Technical Institute. She was a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, Steelton. Yvonne was a Certified CNA and Retired from the Homeland Center. She enjoyed crafting, her pet parrot “Emmie”, and her dog “Hunter”. Her main passion was spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her sister Jeannette (Sean) O’ Haren of Harrisburg; One brother Kenneth L. Haas Jr. Of Harrisburg; one nephew Matthew J. (Danielle) O’Haren and their children, Gabi and Conner of Fairview Twp.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday January 25, 2021 at 11:30 AM in Prince of Peach Roman Catholic Church, 815 South 2nd Street, Steelton, with the Very Rev. David L. Danneker officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:30 am to 11:30 am in her church.
Covid-19 regulations will be enforced. Mask and social distancing will be required.
