Obituary of John Davis
John D. Davis, 78, of Palmyra ( formerly of Mechanicsburg) passed on Thursday January 14, 2021.
He was born in Coatesville on January 11, 1943, the son of the late John and Jackie (Cox) Davis. John graduated from Coatesville High School, and Drexel University,and retired from Allstate Insurance with over 30 years of service which included multiple awards for his outstanding performance. His greatest joys in life were spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 24 years Patricia Davis; 5 children Jack Davis (Jennifer) of Georgia, Robert "Bobby" Davis (Shani) of Florida, Stephanie McCulley (A.J.) of Hummelstown, Jill Wenner (Tom) of Palmyra, and Jodi Sprouse (Jason) of North Carolina; 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; one sister Donna Smith of Lancaster; as well as numerous nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his brother, Glenn Davis.
Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Middletown Cemetery.
